Don Pedro Sánchez Buitrago, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que en dicha ciudad tiene una pulquería en compañía de don Antonio de Escandón, quien puso en ella de principal 300 pesos y el otorgante 526 pesos 6 reales, y debido a la muerte de dicho Escandón otorga poder en primer lugar a don Antonio Nieto Magdaleno, regidor perpetuo de dicha ciudad, y por su falta a don Ignacio Gómez de Pinto, vecino de dicha ciudad, para que en nombre del otorgante cobre el principal y lo que tocare de gananciales de dicha pulquería.
