Don Juan de Unanue, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don Juan Tomás de Miguelena, vecino de la dicha Ciudad de la Veracruz, para que en su nombre, proceda en consorcio del Regidor don Juan Bautista Lobo y don José Miguel de Iriarte, de mancomún, a otorgar la escritura de fianza a favor de don Martín de Olasagasti, por los 29 140 pesos que han quedado libres a favor del colegio de niñas de Guadalupe de la Ciudad de la Puebla, por el importe del remate que en aquella curia eclesiástica se celebró en el mencionado Olasagasti.
