Doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña, de estado doncella mayor de 25 años, dueña del oficio de escribano público de esta Villa y la de Jalacingo, en virtud de la renuncia que con facultad real le hizo de dicho oficio su padre don Diego Cardeña, otorga poder especial a don Francisco Barrio, Agente de Negocios de la Corte de Madrid, y por su falta a don Lorenzo Victoria, vecino de la Ciudad de Cádiz, para que en nombre de la otorgante pida y suplique a Su Majestad la confirmación del título de escribano de cabildo que se le remató por la Intendencia de Veracruz, para agregarlo al público que ya posee.
