Don Domingo Antonio de Vivanco, del Comercio de España y residente en Jalapa, dijo que a pedimento de los herederos de don José Ventura Mali, salieron a pública subasta unas casas situadas en la Plaza Pública de este pueblo, las cuales se remataron a don Juan Esteban de Elías en nombre del compareciente por la cantidad de 6,070 pesos, cuya casa reconoce 1,600 pesos a favor del Hospital de la Pura y Limpia Concepción de este pueblo, por lo que otorga que debe y se obliga a reconocer a censo redimible los referidos 1,600 pesos, dejándolos impuestos y cargados sobre las referidas casas.
