Don Juan Gómez de Estrada, don Ignacio de Guevara, don Manuel Eugenio de Acosta, vecinos de Jalapa, y don José Mariano de Acosta, vecino de Naolinco, con motivo de que la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la Ciudad de la Puebla esta por rematar en arrendamiento los diezmos del Ramo de Naolinco, Tlacolula y Misantla, otorgan poder especial a don Nicolás Mariano Domínguez Muñiz, vecino de Naolinco, para que comprometiéndose el susodicho como principal, obligue a los otorgantes como sus fiadores, lisos y llanos pagadores de la cantidad por que hiciere las posturas, pujas y mejoras a dichos diezmos.
