Doña Josefa Juana Álvarez de Guitián, vecina de Jalapa, dijo que el 8 de enero de 1785 confirió poder para testar al Licenciado Francisco Ángel del Camino, de esta misma vecindad, y por cuanto su apoderado y albacea ha hecho viaje a la Villa y Corte de Madrid, temiendo la otorgante que le acaezca la muerte antes de su regreso, declara que por vía de codicilo que los 800 pesos que en dicho poder declaró tener en el de don Simón de Agreda, vecino de Veracruz, los tiene ya percibidos y gastados en su larga enfermedad, por lo que esa cláusula no tiene ningún valor.
