Don Francisco Ignacio de Herrasti, vecino de España y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don José Antonio de Santander, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de México, de donde es vecino, para que haga constar en el Real Tribunal del consulado de México, la excepción que goza para inhibirse de su jurisdicción y de no ser así, para que lo defienda de pagar lo que han mandado aquellos señores por la sentencia que ha seguido contra el otorgante, don Pedro Lorenzo Rodríguez, sobre la falta de una porción de canela que le vendió.
