Don Santiago de Andino Trechuelo, hijo legítimo de padres difuntos, natural de la villa de Quintana de Baldiviejo y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, encomendero que vino con la flota a cargo del Marqués de Mari realiza testamento, en el cual nombra albaceas a don Juan Domingo de Cosío, vecino de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, a don Juan de Andino, su hermano y vecino de la Ciudad de Cádiz y a don Gregorio Fernández Mantilla, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, y como herederos universales a su hermana doña María Andino junto con su hijo Juan de Andino Vélez.
