El Capitán Antonio Vázquez Ruiz y su esposa doña María Antonia Álvarez de Guitián, vecinos de Jalapa, otorgan que se obligan a pagar a don Antonio Sáenz de Santa María, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, 3, 000 pesos de oro común sin premio ni interés alguno, que destinó para beneficio de la hacienda de labor que poseen en términos de este pueblo, nombrada Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, alias Lucas Martín. Los que se obligan a pagar en el término de 2 años, y para el seguro pago de la deuda hipoteca la citada hacienda.
