Don Mariano Pujol, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, dijo que don José Yxart y Baldrich, vecino de la Villa de Valls, en el Principado de Cataluña, le otorgó poder para cobrar la herencia de su difunto hermano, el Coronel don Francisco Yxart y Baldrich, Gobernador que fue de la Colonia del Nuevo Santander, y ahora por la presente sustituye dicho poder, en primer lugar en don Manuel Chavarri, y en segundo en don José Villeda, vecinos de la capital de México, para que hagan uso del poder en todo, y por consiguiente demanden, perciban y cobren lo que corresponda a los bienes del citado difunto.
