Don Juan Gómez de Estrada, natural de la villa de Reynosa Arzobispado de Burgos en los Reinos de Castilla y residente en Jalapa, hijo legítimo de don Ventura Gómez de Estrada y de doña Ángela Pérez de Orna, difuntos, junto con su legítima mujer doña Nicolasa Domínguez, casada en primeras nupcias con Benito Posadas, hija legítima de don Gervasio Domínguez [Muñiz] y de doña María de la Cruz Pardo, difuntos, se otorgan poder para testar el uno al otro, asimismo se nombran albaceas testamentarias, junto con el Teniente Coronel José Antonio de la Pedreguera y don Antonio Merino. Nombran como herederos a sus hijos del primer y segundo matrimonio.
