Don Fernando Niño de Córdoba de la Higuera dueño del ingenio de fabricar azúcar nombrado la Santísima Trinidad, como marido y conjunta persona de doña Josefa Petronila de la Higuera Matamoros, sucesora de dicho vínculo y mayorazgo, otorga poder especial a José de Ledezma, Procurador de Número de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su representación reciba y cobre a los que le deban de sus bienes, herederos, y demás bienes raíces que le pertenecen por lo que le tocan, así por obligaciones, conocimientos y vales otorgando cartas de pago.
