El Capitán Antonio Beltrán, el Alférez Sebastián Ruiz Fernández, Lucas Cardeña, Juan de Villegas, Marcos de Vargas, José de Alejandro, Lucas Pérez, José Hernández, entre otros vecinos del pueblo de Jalacingo, vecinos del pueblo de Santa María Magdalena Altotonga y del pueblo de San Andrés Atzalan, otorgan poder especial al Doctor Carlos Bermúdez, Abogado de la Real Audiencia y Cancillería de México, vecino de ella, para que en su representación pueda parecer ante el Rey o en sus Tribunales de Reales Alcabalas y con derecho pida sea servido demandar, que por el tanto que le tocó a esta provincia en el remate de las alcabalas, que se le hizo a don Melchor Francisco Sánchez, se le dé a dicha provincia, y que en caso negado, exprese agravios y pida se le abra remate, haciendo las posturas necesarias.\r\n
