Bernabé López de Lisarda, vecino de Jalapa, salió por fiador de Miguel de la Cruz, mulato libre, vecino de la ciudad de México, preso en la cárcel de este pueblo a pedimento de Justo Sáenz de la Lastra Ruiz Ugarrio, vecino de Huamantla, por dineros que dice deberle y no tiene con qué pagar, y ausente el demandante, no puede salir de ella; y se obligó a que cada y cuando por Juez competente sea requerido, le volverá a la prisión, o en su defecto, pagará al dicho Justo Sáenz, a quien servía de cargador en su recua, en lo que fuere alcanzado.
