Don Miguel de Mendiburu e Irigoyen, del Comercio de España y residente en Jalapa, otorga poder a don Tomás Martínez, residente en el puerto de Veracruz, para que en su nombre demande y cobre a don Narciso Montero, Alcalde Mayor de Mesquiaguala y Tetepango, la cantidad de 3, 248 pesos, que se obligó a pagar a los 40 días de llegado el riesgo, por escritura que expidió en Cádiz el 21 de noviembre de 1778, cantidad que le suplió a riesgo de mar don Santiago Iriarte, y de lo que perciba entregue recibo, carta de pago, finiquito y cancelación, confiriéndole este poder con libre y general administración.
