El Capitán Miguel Castellanos de Ibarra y Ezpeleta, vecino de la Ciudad de Sanlúcar de Barrameda en los Reinos de Castilla, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, tutor y curador de un hijo menor de Pedro Miguel de Thormes, su yerno difunto, en cuya representación como hermano de Juan de Thormes y en cuenta de pago de la herencia, declara haber recibido del Alférez Sebastián de Flores Moreno y de doña Gertrudis de la Gala y Thormes, sus albaceas, 8, 168 pesos y 3 tomines de oro común por la tercia parte del caudal que dejó Juan de Thormes en los Reinos de Castilla en poder de don Andrés Martínez de Murguía; confiesa que dicha cantidad la recibió en mercaderías que remitió compradas en España a precios corrientes con el mencionado caudal.
