Don Clemente de la Fragua, vecino de la Ciudad de la Puebla, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Francisco Santa Cruz, vecino de la Habana, para que extorne la cantidad de 8 000 pesos que de orden del otorgante registró don Sebastián Pérez, vecino de Veracruz, a saber 4 000 pesos en el Navío de Guerra San Ildefonso, su maestre don Clemente Fernández de Elías, y los 4 000 pesos restantes en el San Pedro Alcántara, su maestre Juan Manuel de Irizarri, por cuenta y riesgo de la testamentaria del difunto don Manuel Antonio de Alonso, vecino de Cádiz, para entregar en dicha ciudad a don Juan Antonio Carazo.
