Don Joaquín Freyria, del Comercio de España y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Simón Francisco de Vergara, vecino de Tehuacán, para que en su representación y como uno de los acreedores de don Miguel Badillo, por la cantidad de 293 pesos 3 y 7 octavos reales, se presente ante el Alcalde Mayor Subdelegado de Tehuacán y conteste al traslado de auto que mandó correr dicho Alcalde con los herederos de Badillo, por lo cual haga las diligencias judiciales, dándole para ello la facultad necesaria con facultad de sustituir.
