Don Juan de Echagaray, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, Contador, Juez Oficial Real de la Nueva Ciudad de la Veracruz, otorga poder especial al Sargento Mayor Pedro de Sarabia Cortés, próximo a hacer viaje a la Ciudad de México, para que en su nombre parezca ante el Marqués de Casa Fuerte, Virrey, Gobernador y Capitán General de la Nueva España y Presidente de la Real Audiencia, así como en otros tribunales donde con derecho presente Real Cédula ejecutoria por la que fue servido mandar restituirlo con todos los honores y sueldos al empleo de Oficial Real de la Nueva Ciudad de Veracruz y pida se le dé posesión.
