El Capitán Antonio Vázquez Ruiz, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Baltazar de Vidaurre, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de la Ciudad de México, para que lo pueda obligar, conforme a lo determinado por el Juez de Intestados a favor de la testamentaria de don Santiago de Buenabad, en cantidad de pesos que con aquel juzgado se le haya de entregar, hipotecando la hacienda Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, alias Lucas Martín; esto como resultado del pleito que ha seguido contra la testamentaria de Alejandro Álvarez de Guitián, en defensa de los derechos y acciones de su viuda María Antonia Álvarez de Guitián, ahora mujer del otorgante y por la parte que le asista de don Santiago de Buenabad.
