Doña Anastasia Javiera de Natera, mujer legítima de don Juan Montañés de la Cueva, Escribano Público y de Cabildo de la Nueva Veracruz, vende a doña Ángela Francisca de Acosta, mujer legítima de Juan José Rincón, vecinos de Jalapa, una negra esclava nombrada Juana María, de 40 años de edad, que hubo de José Hernández, vecino mercader de Huamantla, por escritura que otorgó José Cid, el 13 de enero de 1718, cuya esclava esta libre de empeño, hipoteca y enajenación, sin asegurarla de ninguna tacha, vicio, defecto ni enfermedad pública ni secreta, en 300 pesos de oro común que por ella le ha pagado.
