El Alférez Don Juan Ruiz Fernández, vecino de Jalacingo, hijo legítimo de Don Toribio Ruiz Fernández y de Doña Catalina Rodríguez Balesas, difuntos, vecinos que fueron del pueblo de Requejo, jurisdicción de la Villa de Reynosa, Arzobispado de Burgos, reinos de Castilla, dijo haber heredado algunos bienes de los dichos sus padres, y por hallarse al presente con bastante caudal para sustentar sus obligaciones; y considerando la cortedad en que se pudieran hallar sus sobrinos, hijos de sus hermanos, fue su voluntad que su hermano el Bachiller Don Antonio Ruiz Fernández, cura propietario de Requejo, distribuya entre sus sobrinos y su persona, 3000 reales de vellón y otros bienes de menaje de casa, que le cupieron por herencia.
