Don Domingo Franceschi y don Manuel Garcés, vecino y del comercio de esta Villa, Síndicos de la quiebra de Manuel Antonio González, dijeron que en calidad de síndicos vendieron una casa, tienda y panadería a don Jacinto Mora, de esta vecindad, en 1 746 pesos 2 reales, con plazo para su pago el día 3 de febrero de 1801, la cual vendió dicho Mora a don Francisco Martí y Carbonell, quien en la misma escritura se comprometió a pagar en el plazo referido, cantidad que han recibido los otorgantes por lo que cancelan la escritura.\t
