Cuyas casas están gravadas con 2 500 pesos que ha de reconocer el comprador con causas de réditos del 5 % a favor del Ministro de Escuela de enseñanza de niños pobres de esta villa. La vende en 9 000 pesos incluso los 2 500 pesos.\t
