Don Enrique Hayden, del Comercio de España y vecino de Cádiz, residente en Jalapa, hijo legítimo de don Diego Hayden y de doña María Bray, difuntos otorga su testamento donde declara ser soltero, nombra como herederos a su hermano don Francisco Hayden, vecino y del comercio de Madrid, y por su fallecimiento a su hermana doña Ana Hayden sólo la mitad y la otra mitad a los pobres, de no estar vivo ninguno de los dos herederos instituye y nombra en su lugar a los expresados pobres. Nombra como albacea testamentaria a los mismos que constaren del testamento que tuviere últimamente hecho o hiciere, y si muriera en este pueblo antes de emprender viaje, nombra como albacea a su compañero don Liborio Clausell.
