Ante el Capitán don Juan de Ursúa, Alcalde Mayor en este partido, pareció el Sargento Juan Ortiz, quien dijo tiene arrendada al Capitán Juan González de Olmedo, una casa que es de la Cofradía de la Virgen Santísima, y que antes la tenía arrendada a Juan López del Pozo, para poner una tienda y vender algunas mercaderías de que hace manifestación de 50 pesos de cacao, azúcar, jabón, tabaco, candelas; para cuyo efecto pidió se le mande la licencia para poner y abrir la dicha tienda, la cual le fue concedida, comprometiéndose a que de lo que resulte de la venta pagará la alcabala.
