Don Alonso de Olivares, vecino de Teziutlán, como principal obligado, y el Lic. Don Miguel Pérez de Medina, cura beneficiado de Jalapa, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 375 pesos de oro común, por otros tantos en que al principal se le remató por término de tres años, el diezmo de las menudencias del pueblo y partido de Teziutlán, de los años de 1697, 1698 y 1699, a razón de 125 pesos en cada uno, conforme fueren corriendo; el primero para la Navidad de 1697, y así, sucesivamente.
