Don Antonio Laureano de Campo, Alguacil Mayor de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, dijo que Cristóbal Juárez, Alcaide de Cárcel, se halla preso por habérsele huido los reos de su cargo, por lo que es forzoso nombrar a otro en su lugar en cumplimiento de lo mandado por la Real Sala del Crimen, por tanto nombra a José Gálvez, como tal Alcaide, para que use dicho cargo en la guarda y custodia de los presos como en lo demás que es obligado.
