Don José de Ávila, Alcaide de la Real Cárcel de esta Villa, dijo que por cuanto en la causa criminal que siguen Ángel Torrontegui con su mujer, María Antonia Palacios, en el juzgado del señor alcalde de primera elección, se mandó por dicho señor alcalde que se depositasen los bienes del marido en persona que éste nombrase y fuese de su satisfacción, y habiendo nombrado a Gertrudis Josefa González, ofreció ésta por su fiador al otorgante, declarando por la presente que se constituye fiador, liso y llano pagador de todos los bienes que se depositen en doña Gertrudis.
