Don Juan Gómez de Estrada vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, dijo que don Francisco de Pando y España, Teniente Coronel de los Reales Ejércitos y Sargento Mayor del Regimiento Provincial de Córdoba y Jalapa, falleció en este pueblo bajo la disposición de un testamento escrito a puño y letra del difunto otorgado el 17 de Junio de 1785, en el cual el otorgante es nombrado su albacea, por lo que pide a vuestra merced se sirva mandar que el presente escribano ponga el testamento con esta petición y lo protocole en su registro para que quede archivado en el registro público de este pueblo.
