El documento incluye petición y auto hecho en Jalapa el 5 de Abril de 1783 ante el señor don Pedro Gorrindo Palomino Teniente General de esta Provincia y la de Jalacingo, en ausencia del Alcalde Mayor don Nicolás Antonio de Rosas y la Plaza, asimismo contiene cuatro autos respectivos a cada testigo presentado en la venta del solar, en los folios 205 - 207- 207 vta. Los folios 208 - 208 vta., están rotos.
