El Licenciado don Bartolomé Martínez de Mora, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliado de este Obispado de Puebla, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que el difunto Capitán don José Robledano de Cardeña, vecino de este pueblo, dejo ordenado a sus albaceas en un codicilio que fundasen una capellanía de 4 000 pesos, en el cual nombro por primer capellán a el otorgante, a cuyo nombramiento renuncia y tiene a bien pase a los Bachilleres don Manuel, don Juan y don Francisco de Olmedo y Araciel, hermanos, todos Hermanos Ordenados de Grado y Corona, Colegiales actuales de San Juan de la Ciudad de la Puebla.
