Jacinta Domínguez, vecina de Jalapa, viuda, mujer que fue de Francisco de Los Santos, dio en arrendamiento a Juan Lorenzo Velázquez, vecino de Jalapa, una casa y tienda de paredes de piedra, cubiertas de teja, a la salida de este pueblo, en la Calle Real que sube a la plaza (hoy Avenida Revolución); linda por una parte con casas en que vive Domingo Blanco; y por la otra, con solar de José Cortés, maestro zapatero; y por sus espaldas, con la barranca de Xallitic; por tiempo de 9 años, a partir del 1 de febrero de 1676, y en el precio de 26 pesos de oro común.
