Don Juan Santiago Lobo, vecino de España y residente del pueblo de Jalapa, quien tiene a su cargo la tutela del menor don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda y Tellechea, hijo de los difuntos don Martín de Miranda y Tellechea y doña María Micaela de Arraido y Monterde, y haciendo uso de dicho cargo, sustituye el nombramiento de curador que tiene, para otorgarlo a don Francisco Antonio de Iñiguez, Agente de Negocios de México, para que proceda a la dispensación de edad pretendida por dicho menor para que pueda presenciar por si mismo todos los actos y juicios de inventarios y demás asuntos que le competan.
