Doña Josefa Díaz Mier, doña Antonia Díaz Mier y doña Mariana Díaz Mier, doncellas, vecinas de Jalapa, declaran que el 1 de octubre de 1784 celebraron, con asistencia de su difunto hermano, el Presbítero Juan Bernardo Díaz Mier, quienes pusieron la hacienda El Lencero y don Juan Antonio Gómez de Guevara, su industria, trabajo y habilitación pero sobre los aprovechamientos han tenido varias diferencias, hasta que habiendo liquidado las cuentas con intervención de expertos que resultaron alcanzadas por el dicho Juan Antonio en 12, 238 pesos, 5 y 1 octavo reales, con cuya liquidación quedó disuelta la compañía, entregándole las escrituras de la hacienda llamada El Lencero en calidad de arrendamiento por 5 años, y cuya deuda se obligan a liquidar a los 6 meses de haber fenecido el arrendamiento.
