Don Francisco Flores de Castro, Subdelegado que fue en Jalacingo, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don Alberto Herrero, vecino y del comercio de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, para que parezca en el Ministerio de la Real Hacienda y reciba el importe de 27 y medio tributos que entregó de más, pertenecientes al pueblo de Perote del año de 1794, como lo manda el decreto de 7 de enero de 1796 emitido por el Señor Virrey de este Reino.
