Don Felipe Montes y don Juan Joaquín de Cendoya y Arizabaleta, apoderados del Comercio de España, residentes en el pueblo de Jalapa, otorgan poder especial a don Juan Sánchez Casahonda, vecino de la Ciudad de México, para que a nombre del citado Comercio de España, comparezcan ante el Superior Gobierno de este reino, donde pidan se les devuelva el monto que indebidamente exigió el Ministerio de la Real Hacienda de la Nueva Veracruz a las flotas de los señores Marqués de Casa Tilly y don Luis de Córdoba.
