Don Marcos González, Teniente Coronel del Regimiento de Infantería Provincial de Córdoba, Orizaba y Jalapa, otorga poder general a don Antonio de Couto y Aballe, vecino de Orizaba, para que de manera judicial o extrajudicial, pida, demande, reciba y cobre a cualquier persona, todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata, joyas, esclavos y géneros que le deban, así para que lo represente en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios, civiles y criminales que tenga con cualquier persona, lo defienda y demande, para lo cual comparezca ante cualquier juez, justicia y tribunal superior e inferior, secular y eclesiástico.
