El Licenciado Miguel Pérez de Medina, Cura, Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico en el Pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que habiendo otorgado poder a José Julio Lospillosi, Agente de Negocios en el Real y Supremo Consejo de Indias, y que otorgó otro poder a Diego Verdugo y Ávila, vecino de la Ciudad de Sevilla en los Reinos de Castilla, con revocación de dicho poder que se notificó y en su virtud don Diego Verdugo le otorgó poder a Pedro Foronda para que lo sustituyera, quien ya tiene noticia de todo lo referido por Diego Verdugo, por lo que ahora otorga su poder a éste, para que en su nombre continúe en la pretensión del censo de prebenda de una de las iglesias catedrales metropolitanas de la Ciudad de México o de la Puebla de los Ángeles.
