Francisco Javier González, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, albacea testamentaria y único heredero de la difunta María Ramírez, otorga que vende a don José Roque Tomati, vecino de la ciudad de Nueva Veracruz, un solar situado en este pueblo en el principio de la calle que del Beaterio baja para los Berros, con la que hace frente al oriente y tierras del otro lado de Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, por donde tiene 25 y media varas de frente y 8 de fondo; al poniente linda con solar del comprador, al sur con casa y solar de José de Vargas, al norte con casa del comprador, la vende en 35 pesos.
