Auto sobre la memoria testamentaria y bienes que dejo Nicolás Felipe Bustamante, cuya memoria fue hecha en el paraje de la Banderilla el día 4 de octubre de 1802, donde declara ser natural de la Villa de Cabezón de la Sal, de las Montañas de Santander. Declara estar casado con doña Antonia Fierro, con quien tuvo tres hijos Antonia de Bustamante, Feliciana y Francisco, los cuales se encuentra en los reinos de Castilla. Nombra como sus albaceas a don Mariano Florido y a don Juan Onofre Garrido, su compadre.
