Don Juan Gómez de Estrada, con poder especial que le otorgó doña María de Jesús Álvarez de Guzmán, otorga a nombre del Capitán Miguel García de Baldemora, que se constituye en fiador y principal pagador de la citada María de Jesús, por la cantidad de 7, 050 pesos que importa la venta del rancho San Juan Tecolotepec, de tal manera que una vez pagados los principales y réditos de dicho rancho, que son de 1, 700 o 1, 800 pesos, lo que quede líquido, se empleará para la manutención del menor don Juan José López Meilán, hijo legítimo del citado difunto.
