Y como seguro de dicha deuda, hipoteca la casa de su morada ubicada en la Calle de Alba, la cual esta hipotecada en 400 pesos que recibió de su madre política, por concepto de la herencia paterna que le tocó a su esposa legítima doña María Merced Jiménez, hija de don Tomás Jiménez.
