Pablo Domínguez, de esta vecindad, dijo que su hermano, José María Domínguez, se halla preso en esta Real Cárcel por el extravío de una yunta de bueyes, y que adoleciendo actualmente de unas calenturas de síntomas muy malos, presentó un memorial al Señor Alcalde, juez de su causa, don José Antonio de la Peña, pidiendo su excarcelación bajo fianza que ofreció con el compareciente para irse a curar a su casa, a lo cual asintió dicho alcalde, previo el reconocimiento que del enfermo mandó hacer al médico don Jorge Ojeda, por cuya razón se constituye fiador y carcelero comentarience por el citado su hermano, José María Domínguez, al que recibe en fiado a las puertas de la cárcel.\t
