Don Ramón Bedmar, Presbítero, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don José María Ortuño, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su nombre comparezca ante la Real Audiencia, y lo represente en la instancia que por cantidad de pesos promovió contra el Regidor don Diego Leño, ante el subdelegado de esta Villa, de cuya providencia por serle gravosa al otorgante apeló ante dicho superior tribunal, quien en tal virtud ha librado ya sobre dicho particular dos superiores rescriptos que aún se hallan en este juzgado interior.
