Don José de Nava Ballesteros, Alcalde Mayor de Teziutlán y Atempa, certifica como Juez Receptor, con testigos de su asistencia, que el Capitán Don Fernando Domínguez de la Ossa, dueño de hacienda de ganado mayor y menor, y de un trapiche, dio un poder al Lic. Don Miguel Pérez de Medina, cura propietario por Su Magestad del partido de Jalapa, para que lo pueda obligar como su fiador hasta en la cantidad de 4 000 pesos de oro común, los cuales se obligó a pagar a la persona o personas que los hubieren de haber.
