Don Vicente de Toledo y Viveros, Alcalde Mayor del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Cayetano José Laurido, vecino de la ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles, para que informe ante este Juzgado que en las causas criminales pendientes en contra de Eugenia María, mujer de Miguel Reymundo, acusada de la precipitada muerte de Ignacia de la Peña y sus dos hermanitas que padecieron con veneno, y la otra contra Marciana María de Onzuras, por haber herido a Felipe de Segovia, causándole la muerte, presas en la Cárcel Pública de la cual se fugaron, buscando la inmunidad de la iglesia; no deben gozar de inmunidad por ser sus delitos de los más graves.
