María de la O Palacios, residente en Jalapa y vecina del ingenio La Santísima Trinidad, hizo gracia y donación a la Cofradía de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, sita en el Convento de Santo Domingo de la ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles, de un negrito, su esclavo, de 7 años de edad, criollo de su casa, nombrado José del Rosario, hijo natural de Tomasa de la Higuera, su esclava, para que perpetuamente durante el tiempo de su vida, sirva en la capilla de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, y a todo lo demás que en este efecto debiere asistir, con los mayordomos que fueren de dicha cofradía.
