Don Juan de la Cruz, Gobernador, sus Alcaldes don Juan de la Cruz, José Suero y Martín de la Cruz, Andrés Sánchez, Regidor y demás oficiales de Tlacolula, quienes junto con don José Sánchez Alcalde y José Juan, Escribano de San Miguel de las Vigas, informan que el Gobierno de Tlacolula otorgo poder a don José de la Calle, empleado de Alcalde Mayor de Tulancingo, y por tal razón y por haberse seguido autos sobre las tierras de las Vigas contra Los Farfanes y viendo que se quieren introducir en ella, y para que esto no suceda, otorgan poder especial a don Pedro de Senande, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, para que los defienda en dicho litigio.
