Agustina de Orduña Castillo, vecina de Naolinco, dijo que Ciprián de Villanueva, pardo, esclavo suyo, se huyó y se llevó 3 mulas mansas de carga, una aparejada, y las 2 en pelo, 2 sillas de cabalgar, un caballo y una yegua mansa. Por lo que otorga poder especial al Capitán Tomás de Lortia, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su representación solicite a dicho su esclavo, que es de 36 años, buen cuerpo rehecho, bermejo, con un ojo que le llora, le recaude y cobre todos los bienes que se llevó, así también venda a dicho esclavo como cautivo y sujeto a servidumbre al precio que por bien tuviere.
